BOOKING WITH JACKIE - POLICIES:
ALL APPOINTMENTS EXCEPT PMU -
A $30 non-refundable deposit via Zelle or ApplePay is required at the time of booking to secure spot and will go toward the service. All waxing services under $30 must be paid in full to secure appointment.

Cancellations/Reschedules: The deposit is non-transferable upon rescheduling or cancellation unless appointment is rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit is only transferable once. If cancelling less than 48 hours, you will need to put a new deposit for a new appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service will need to pay 50% of the canceled service in order to book again (includes deposit, whichever is more). Appointments that didn’t send a deposit within 2 hours of booking will automatically be canceled and opened for someone else to book.
Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify me so I could make the necessary accommodations. There will be no fee for late arrivals up to 10 minutes. If late more than 10 mins and I still have time to take you, there will be a $10 fee.
No Show: Your deposit will be forfeited if you no call/no show to your appointment. If you want to be taken back on as a client you will need to pay 100% of the previously booked service in addition to your next appointment booked in full.
Changes of Appt: Last minute changes to appt services will be an extra fee. For example: if you booked a brow lami & tint which is a 1.5 hr service and decide at your appt you would like just a wax instead which is 1/2 hr service, you will be charged an extra fee for the allotted time wasted.
Squeeze-ins: If I am able to squeeze you in for an earlier appointment, there will be an extra $30 fee.
Booking w/ Gift Certificate: When booking with a gift certificate, a deposit is not required, however if the appt is a no show or canceled within less than a 48 hour notice, a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $30 will need to be sent in order to book a new date. No exceptions.
New Clients: Please fill out the consent form after you have sent your deposit. You can find it under the “FAQ” tab.
Extra Guests/Kid Policy: Due to liability issues and limited space, children (including newborns/toddlers) are not allowed in the salon. We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests and we also care about the safety of your little ones. This time is set aside for YOU only!
Training Courses: Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable for all training courses.
*No Refunds: All services are non-refundable.

Confirmation Deposit:
ALL appointments over $25 booked will require a $25 non-refundable deposit within 2 HOURS of booking by Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle. Please ONLY put a random emoji for the description. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT
Cancellations/Reschedules/No Shows:
If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or do not show up to your appointment, I will require a 50% non refundable deposit in order to take you back on as a client. I do not get paid hourly so when you cancel on me, I do not get paid!
Late Arrival:
If you are running late please notify me. If you are 15+ minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit.
